Important Information about materials and customized items:

Sterlingsilver:
This is 925 silver. Silver is a natural precious metal, the interplay of oxygen and skin can lead to discoloration over time. These are easily removesd with a bath in silver cleaning.

Special treated Silver with tarnish preventative:
The silver item is again plated with 3-5μm 999 silver, it appears brighter and shinier and is protected with a special finish. In this way treated silver delayed blackness and preserves considerably the gloss. (specific order only, 3-4 weeks, Yoni-pendant und Lady heart are in stock)

Silver plated:
Our jewelry is protect with a palladium layer and plated with 5μm very solid 999 silver, which avoid an fast abrasion. However, a silver plated item is not the same like pure silver, and we cannot give guarantee, bacause the circumstances (shower, sweat) how the item is worn, are out of our influance.

Gold plated:
Our jewelry is solid with 2-3μm hard gold plated (common in fashion jewelry only 0.2 – 1 micron), Roséegold receives an additional protection. Rosegold plated has an special coating. For all that, we can´t give guarantee (look the description at silver plated).

Bronze:
Bronze is predominantly known for being used in sculptures for the art of casting. I also offer my sculptural jewelery in this material. Contains no nickel. Freshly poured, the material is very bright, almost golden-shimmering, but darkens with time more and becomes reddish/brownish; Until finally it oxidises greenishly.
Please understand, that I can´t give any further information about these chemical processes, please do your own research in this case.

Partial gilding / Bicolor:
Some motive are suitable for partial gilding. The gilding takes place in the usual quality of 2-3μm. 3-4 weeks) The extra charge is – according to area approx. 50.- to 60.- €

Engraving:
In general an engraving of initials is possible, where a corresponding surface offers enough space. Minimum of area 3×3 mm. For the large hearts, e.g. There is enough room on the two sides of the front. The jewel – if not gold or silver – is subsequently silvered or gilded, so the Gravor should not be too fine. The extra charge is – according to motive approx. 50.- to 60.- €. Replacement debarred.

Modification of existing models:
Changes of models such as size, size of the hanger, easy modification of the model are possible and are calculated according to effort. Modifications are produced exclusively in the 3D printing process. Replacement debarred.

Individual design and production:
Individual custom-made products are possible. After a short preliminary discussion (best with picture or sample) clarifies whether the model is feasible and we agree about the costs. After payment receipt the individual model is developed and presented in 2 variants. Small changes are included in the price. Should further major changes be made, the price will be renegotiated.
Custom-made products are produced exclusively in the 3D printing process, we do not have any influence on the production costs, the printing costs are not triable. Gold is relatively cost-intensive. Replacement debarred.
